This position is responsible for providing mortgage industry call center customer service.  As a Bilngual customer service representative, an individual will have an opportunity to learn about all aspects of mortgage servicing.  Standard working hours for these positions are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.   Bi-lingual candidates are will receive additional compensation for Spanish-speaking skills.

The successful candidates must be bilingual, have a work history that includes excellent customer service and communication skills along with strong PC/data entry and math ability. Enthusiastic persons who are good listeners, detail oriented and interested in providing customer service are most successful in this position.   Preference will be given to candidates with call center experience.
